Now that 4th street downtown is under construction the homeless folk have dispersed. One place they have gone is the 12th Street underpass under I-40. So not only is it covered with pigeon poop (as usual), but now it stinks of urine. Is it possible to power wash the sidewalk and walls there? Specifically the west side, but the east side should be checked too. Thanks for your help.
