At defend of the person you are talking about who is my neighbor, the woman who lives there is very sweet and considerate, she recently loss her daughter and now she is raising her three young granddaughters, she also works every day, as for the dog, she has her dog in her yard on his lease and when someone or kids on bikes past by, yes he do barks that's what dogs do. Her dog do not bark at 5:00 am in the morning, her dog is kept in the house at that hour. There are two dogs upstairs that the owner keeps outside all day and night or have in the backyard. As for the picnics on the sidewalk, that is not true. she have them in her yard, why is that a problem, everyone on the street have picnic and company. The music is not loud. It sound like you are the one with the problem. If you are lonely just come over, she is a God fearing woman and will always give you a good word and a smile.

It amazes me how people can take time out" their busy" schedule to criticize, assume and basically defamation of character, when in fact they need to look at the man in the mirror. I just happened to come across the "ANONYMOUS" person's opinion on this individual and her family, whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for many many years. This women is truly an outstanding person who has currently lost her daughter and not only is she raising her own children but her daughters children. If Anonymous took the time to met this awesome women of God and her family, maybe his/her life wouldn't be so "MISERABLE" do yourself a favor and make your life meaningful to mankind, learn how to acknowledge the Good Lord for his sweet sweet breathe that wakes us up EVERY morning. I personally feel sorry for MR. OR MS. ANONYMOUS, truly Ms. Giles has a Story behind her Glory, take a sit down, get to know her and the family, before you make judgement, written or verbally. Shame on you.

It is sad that this woman has lost her daughter. Maybe as people who know her & are perhaps friends, you can help her control the dog so it isn't taken away. The leash laws & noise & nuisance ordinances protect us all & are on the books for very good reasons. We can all be good neighbors by looking out for one another mutually. I post this with positivity & good intentions so I hope it's received this way. Remember the Good News & endeavor to bless others as we are blessed. We are indeed our brothers' keepers.

Your NRZ has been in discussion with the Mayor and other city officials in regard to how we can effectively deal with the problem of ATV s on the streets of Hartford.

Please join us on September 9th , so you can be a part of the solution in helping to get loud and unsafe ATVs off the streets of Hartford.

Many Behind the Rocks residents have signed petitions for action to be taken to protect residents from dangerous speeding and difficult intersections.

Please join us on September 9th so you can report your concerns at the public hearing part of this meeting regarding dangerous speeding and traffic problems that concern you!
