Greetings,
There is no Shell gas station on Pershing Drive. There is one on Main at the corner or Main and Division. Pershing is nearby, but about 1/2 mile or so away. Can you clarify what street or intersection you are talking about?

That said, I would agree if you mean the Shell station on Main Street that traffic does FLY down Main to Division and from Main towards Target at very high speeds, specially if there is a green light at Division and Main they don't want to miss.
Try existing one-way Columbia Street safely with this high speed game of chicken occurring on Main Street and you'll know what fear is!
