This area has been blocked off with a plethora of PGW cones for at least a week with nary a PGW vehicle or employee in sight. Down the block on Madison Square, gas lines were spray painted on the sidewalk last week but again, no work is actively being done. There are plenty of parking spaces available during working hours. Can PGW block off 2 parking spots 24 hrs a day, for a week at a time, if no work is being performed?
