Description

The "O' bus , driver mumbling to his self , appears to be struggling in a straight jacket but none can be seen. Driver can't answer simple questions or commands.
You guys need to do a whole lot better in background checks and psychological examinations , Once they get behind the wheel no amount of litigation can remove them . The public is stuck for the next 20 years or sadly more with problematic state employee.
