15-20 minutes ago the trash collection staff did collection of alley between 15th & 16th Streets, NW. Trash left screwed all over alley (bottles and cans included); trash lefted in some of trash cans, cans not replaced at correct house number This has happened many times over the past couple of months. Though comments have been made to the collection staff at the time of the previous incidents this type of behavior persists! Enough already!
