Description

something is wrong with the light at South Main and 98. On 98 heading to Capital, the light needs adjusted. It's only allowing about 10 cars thru before it turns red. Problem has been there for about 2 weeks. Today was the worst. Cars were backed up almost a mile and it took me 15 minutes just to get past that light.
