Bushes have grown over the back of the house to where I don't see how the back door could be opened, bushes overgrown on both sides of the house, high grass in the front, vines growing across the front of the house including across the front door. There's an elderly lady living next door; afraid critters are hiding in the overgrowth and could harm her.
