This is the other side of the drainage ditch.

I have posted Pictures, not all people in my neighborhood have access to a computer.This has been an ongoing problem for many years.Ive sent e-mails to everyone I know to send to.I was told that not enuf people in my neighborhood VOTE in the election to resolve this issue.I can't leave my dogs out in my fenced in back yard during the summer months because of the mesquiuetos and the snakes coming from this ditch.3 years ago they came our with a backhole scooped out 1 bucket of dirt, which only made it worse,now the water stays in the ditch even longer.Several of my neighbors and I would like this problem fixed.What do we have to do to get some ATTENTION?
