Yes, the reference number is (20020943626) you would give this reference number to the Customer Care Agent when calling to get the status of your request. Telephone number- 804-646-7000. The Department of Public Utilities is reporting that research was performed on the subdivision documents of Stratford Hills "section E, also reviewed the title survey report for LOT 20 which is owned by Judy Gray and Craig Chwojdak for any easements deemed to the city. Unfortunately I have been unable to locate any information stating the paved channel through the property is the responsibility of the City of Richmond. Therefore as it stands without a easement, the property owners would be responsible for any modifications or corrections to the paved drainage channel.
