Description
"Not Fit for Human Habitation" house belongs to bank. House was cleaned out, boarded up; lot was somewhat cleaned up, but still contains trash and is badly overgrown again. For Sale sign went up and came back down again. The property seems to be switching trustees all the time.

Please be advised that Codes and Building Safety has placed this property under a Code Demolition Action as of August 18, 2011. Codes had been working with the owners in an attempt to have the proeprty repaired. On July 26, 2011 the structure was boarded and secured and all junk and debris had been rmeoved.
At this point we deemed the propertyy undafe and posted th structure and we have scheduled a Hearing with all owners and lein holdersand are asking the structure be demolished. At the current time, there is no further action Codes can initiate sicne we are asking the structure be demolished.

A legal hearing was scheduled to be held with all lien holders on August 9, 2011, but no one appeared at the Hearing. The lien holders have until October 18, 2011 to have the structure demolished. However there is an interested party who is in the process of purchasing the property. There is no further action Codes can initiate since this is under a demolition order.
