Description

The rod iron fence on the park side of my property has rotted out all due to the watering system put in on the park side by the City. The City has already taken out the short rod iron fence on the front side of my property due to deterioration of that fence and put in concrete footing. However that will not work on the back side of my property. The fence needs to be replaced as their is no footing left and the rods are sticking out off the ground about 4-5 inches. The main damage has been caused by your watering system as the fence that is not facing park and is solely on property (which is also a thinner rod iron) has not rotted out. I had a fence company out on Saturday and am awaiting their estimate to replace the park side of this fence. However I feel the City is responsible for the main damage to this fence and want someone from the City to inspect the damage and advise what the City is willing to do about it. My address is: 3785 Huron Cr., Corona, CA 92881. You may contact me at gloria@cornerstoneescrow.com or (951) 734-8221 (work) or cell: (951) 415-2411.

I would appreciate your response as soon as possible.

Respectfully,
Gloria Garriott
