I'm the one that lives in here and we've been without heat since October when we started complaining, it's now January 8th and the heat is finally working for 2-3 days now, but it's on full blast, we have no control, it's 85 degrees in here and we pay for our own heat/gas! So now they've ran up our electric bill the phenomenal amounts from using electric space heaters all winter and now they're running up the gas bill the same. It will come out of the rent, rest assured!
