Description

This lane going out to North Elm needs to be divided into to two turning lanes. It would not cost the town much to paint a divider on the Mobile station side. I get so sick of getting stuck behind someone waiting at the red light who doesn't realize they can turn right on red(After a stop of course)or someone who is in the middle who is turning the other way (toward the police station). This correction would solve some congestion problems at this light ,sometimes backed up to Kmart. Please Torrington consider making this minor change in this road.
