A large dog, a pit bull, possibly more than one , has been repeatedly running loose in the neighborhood for the past few months. One has attacked one of my neighbors. Bit his hand badly. The same dog has also attacked and killed numerous other pets (cats) in the neighborhood.

Animal control has been called out several times and as of today a large dog was in my yard again. It's become at the least a weekly occurrence and I'm never certain of my children's safety when they are outside.

Something needs to be done about this animal. It's enclosure obviously is lacking (I do not know who owns the dog but due to how often it is out and causing problems, it's obvious either the enclosure is faulty or the owners are having issues controlling the animal.)
