Left turn arrow continues to operate when no cars are looking to turn left off East Bound New Scotland Avenue which unnecessarily backs up traffic in the west bound lane. I witnessed traffic sensors being installed beneath the left turn lane on NSA, so this traffic signal must be capable of sensing left turning traffic and if none, the signal should operate for both ways green on NSA. Please look into this or have the contractor who installed it back to fix it.
