I so appreciate the people who step up and report stuff like this. Thank you for your courage and tenacity. The areas adjacent to the MAX line can be especially vulnerable to drug crime and other activity.
I urge those who observe these things and want to report it to keep a running log of what they SEE.
DON'T editorialize and write what you THINK is going on. The information MOST USEFUL to police is what you SEE.
Please document...
*time of day,
*day of the week,
*descriptions of all persons (race, type and color of clothing, ht./wt./age, hair color, hats, etc.),
*descriptions of all vehicles (lic. plt. state & #s, make/model/year of vehicle(s) if known,
*address or what street hundred blk of the activity,
*and EXACTLY and ONLY what you SEE happening.
Police will connect the dots and are fully capable of assembling a case along with other information that you might not know about.
About 13 years ago, a teen age career truant and drug dealer threatened to kill my wife when she confronted an assault he was committing on his girl friend. Instead of ending that little puke, I carried on a covert war.

I documented all of the above for 6 months and turned it in to Special Investigations at the Sheriffs office.
That entire crew became conspicuously absent from the neighborhood over time.
I urge you to NOT give up and DON'T give in!
