Description

This house has been vacant for a few months. I have called the police twice because of trespassers. There is furniture in the back of the house discarded last year that bas grass and weeds overgrowing it; the side yards have grass & weed covered debris; the grass and weeds in the front yard is 3 feet high!!!! There have been sightings of rats, possum, raccoon and even a skunk. Can the owners be made to clean this property or the City do it and charge/fine the owners?
