Description

Found this little guy out on his own, on Saltonstall off Blatchley. Fastened his yellow string to a fence there and gave him some water.
I think I've seen him and his owner walking in the neighborhood before, near John Martinez school.
Haven't got time to put up signs. Not sure if I should release him to find his own way home, or count on the owner to be out looking. Leaning toward releasing, but don't want him to get hurt in traffic...
