DC water replaced the hydrant in front of 128 S St NW and removed the bricks against the curb in doing so. They have not been replaced, so there is a hole between the curb and the asphalt.

Per Inspector Obadare,
DC Water Sub-Contractors, Fort Meyers was contacted (Mario). The above location is part of the final Punch list for the project. The location will be fixed when completing the Punch list.
