It appears that a chop shop is being run out the back of 866-868 Park Street. Backyard is littered with bicycle parts and a stolen bike was reportedly sold out front.
This is both a police and a zoning issue.

Maybe this absentee landlord would like to hear about how they are permitting the property to be used for illegal purposes, with loiterers out front all day and night.

I recovered another bike frame belonging to me hanging on the fence of this building this Friday morning. Running tally is three recovered from the rear of the property (plus parts) one bike seen in front of the property (not recovered) and one recovered bike that was reportedly purchased in front of the property.
