From either direction, it's impossible to see traffic coming at you from one way or the other. SUVs regularly park right at the edge, making it doubly impossible to see.

Also, this is a major pedestrian crossing for 19th. There are no other crossings for blocks and blocks in either direction. A crosswalk should be painted in there.
