It is so frustrating to see Vineland spend lots and lots of money on projects that we do not want or need. For example, "new pipes" were installed on Lincoln Ave and now they have to repave the road after all of that digging. Well, we did not need new water, sewer, gas pipes (or whatever they are) in East Vineland. No one even asked the local residents if they needed or wanted this. Llincoln Ave is closed most weekdays with massive traffic jams. What a disaster this has been. It is sad to think that this money could have been used to repave this road and many, many others. Wish the mayor would just ask residents how to spend money and we would let him know where money should be spent wisely. What a waste of money on Lincoln Ave!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not vote for this mayor again. Does not know how to spend money where it is needed.
