Description

Tree limbs, along with Kudzu, are encroaching over the backyard fence and into our yard along the property line in the back of Eastgate Park.

I wouldn't depend on the timeliness of this sort of request to combat kudzu! Your whole house will be covered before this gets much traction. I'd just get out there and cut it/spray it. Alternately, I hear goats work well!
