Description

The floors are fallin in and ceiling is saggin. Its been sittin empty for 8 yrs w us and neighbors mowin the property. I have called codes dept in Westmoreland several times with nothing bein done. The windows are fallin out and weather board is fallin off to the point you can see insulation. It is a health hazard and i wish someone would help us in this issue. The house doesnt have a mailbox or number on the house.
