Where would the city get all their photo radar revenue than ? Since we know the city loves to put their radar trucks along this road because they know they can catch lots of people with this ridiculously low limit. They even hide in the alley beside the road among all the other vehicles there. But no that's not a cash grab that's a safety issue... right..
