This issue has been inspected numerous times. The vehicle in question is operable, which the inspector did observe the owner driving the vehicle. The owner has also stated he will place the lawnmower inside the garage. With regards to no tags, we are re-assigning this to the Zoning Department as they handle enforcement with tag issues.
