Description

I am surrounded by inconsiderate neighbors who don't properly care for their dogs. They allow their dogs to run free throughout our neighborhood and my neighbors next door allow their dogs to bark at all hours of the night and I am continually woken up early in the morning by continuous barking - sometimes it goes on for hours at a time. My health has declined because i can't get enough sleep and my garden is continually dug up and my yard is full of dog doo-doo, by dogs who are allowed to roam the neighborhood. It is out of control and no one will do anything about it.
