Description

Occupant continues to dump trash into backyard and not put out for collection. There are now 10+ bags, a stroller, a moldy mattress, and debris from old projects in the yard. Opossums were observed in the yard earlier. In February there were similar problems (see 14-00030508) and a ticket was issued. Please re inspect the property.
