Description

There is an increased homeless population on the last two blocks of Dove near the intersection of Dove and Myrtle. It started with a homeless camp in the ravine between the Thomas O'Brien Academy of Science and the children's playground next to Park Ave. Now there are a large group of people living in one of the vacant buildings (I think 164--the house is set back/there is grafitti of dogs on the house) where you can see people entering/exiting the boarded up house in the mornings and evenings. Now there are indigent persons sitting on the porches of (occupied) homes of the 140 block of Dove leaving garbage (chicken bones, plastic bags, etc.) in the mornings and evenings.
