Ever since the Board of Water and Light built the new chiller plant on the corner of Allegan and Pine, Pine Street has been a crumbling mess, with the far right lane, where all the big trucks carrying sand/gravel/concrete, etc., drove and parked, being by far the worst. This has been the case for nearly four years now, and has gotten so bad over the past winter that people won't even drive in the far right lane anymore. That chiller plant brings in money for the city, now spend some of it to fix the mess you made building it!
