After another inspection of the property on July 22, 2014, there was a vehicle parked in the grass area. No one came to the door, so a note was left explaining the code and requesting a phone call. A Notice of Violation will be mailed to the property owner and a copy attached to the door of the property. The deadline is today, August 29, 2014 for them to cease parking on the grass or obtain a permit to expand the parking area.
