Description

This drain grate in the road way is shifted. I'm worried that some tire is going to knock the grate out of the way and cause a serious problem.

I AM REALLY GETTING TRIED OF THIS; THIS SHOULD BE PHONED IN TO THE POLICE BEFORE A SERIOUS PROBLEM HAPPENS. THIS SITE IS NOT MONITOR EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY BY THE CITY. REMEMBER PHONE, POST AND MENTION THAT YOU PHONED IT IN. BY THE WAY I PHONED IT IN.
