Description

Huge oak limb fell from city tree blocking the sidewalk. Please help.

Reopen issue. The tree needs pruning. Many heavy old limbs in varying states of life and death hang over the sidewalk where many people pass by. Please prunes tree limbs to make the sidewalk safe.
The tree should not be removed.
