Description

Debris from this construction site, including enormous amounts of dirt, sand, stones and gravel and nails, have been allowed to run into the street, creating a hazardous situation. Furthermore, two storm drains located in the street around this site have been COMPLETELY FILLED with debris and are no longer functional. Whoever is in charge of this site is making NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to prevent runoff or to clean up the debris in the street.
