Why are these dogs still allowed to terrorize people walking past this house. The police officer who owns these dogs knows about the leash law, doesn't he?! These dogs even wander onto neighbors lawns to do their business and the owner, a police officer, does not clean up after them. Someone needs to remind this man of the pet laws
