Description

This strip of curb looks like a faded no-parking red zone... but it also looks like someone painted over a red zone (and did a sloppy job too -- it almost looks like an unofficial paintover by a local citizen taking it upon themselves to create a space)... It is hard to tell what that strip of curb is meant to be. This has caused arguments over whether someone was "hogging two spaces" by avoiding that reddish area or not. Would be great to repaint it, distinctly one color or the other, to clarify.
