Description

Many neighbors have complained that the red light facing Lowin avenue lasts too long. Can this be fixed?

I disagree! Only issue I have with these lights is that often people heading towards Woodbridge on Fountain look at the Ramsdell light and proceed when that is green thereby going throught the red light at Lowin. Please do not shorten length of Lowin light!
