who cares who owns the lot the city should make them clean the stuff up purple striff is the hardest stuff to get rid of a terrible terrible weed. U should phone the city and ask them to have the property owner clean it up!

You can complain to the city and they will go after the owner to have the weeds knocked down if they do not then the city will do it at a cost to the property owned. Lots of property owners don't care they don't live anywhere near Prince Albert. I imagine some have never even been here.
