Tour Ave, West Rock Ave, Valley St ext by the West River wall drain backed up in street, awful foul odor is in street from drains

CBs in this area were inspected 7/24/14, and no obvious problems were found. No odor was noted either. Most likely cause of the problem was a dead rodent in one of the catch basins, which has been flushed out by recent rain. ISSUE CLOSED
