My mother just told me how bad that road is now. She takes that road to and from work by the fire house every day and said she waited 20 minutes to get to work today because they're working on some of them. At those times, waiting isn't so bad! :)

PECO needs to complete repairs on the road but it should all be taken care of and repaved by the end of August 2010.
Even though the road is ugly right now, I will be happy to wait till the end of August 2010 so the water drains properly and all my neighbors will be really really happy.
So if you are either cutting through the borough take either River Road or Edgewood and avoid Main St until the repairs are complete. Less cars on the road the faster the work will be completed.
