Description

There is a spot in front of my house where water stands for days and days after a rain. In inspecting it closely there is a spot in the road that was repaired and by the curb it is just high enough to prevent water from flowing down the street. Because the water stands for long periods of time, plants grow in it and it becomes full of mosquitos. I have to constantly tend to it after a rain. It would not take much to scrape a bit of the repaired tarmac away to allow the water to flow and drain properly.
