Department of Public Works assigned this issue to Localized Repair

This issue has NOT BEEN ADDRESSED! Road curb/margins still washing away in the area reported as well as additional areas on the west side of Beacon Ave. Stone and/or earth needed to fill the trenches and curbs also needed to prevent continued erosion of the side of the roadway!

This condition was never addressed. The west side of Beacon Av has no curbs and the dirt margins of the road continue to wash away with every rain. As the dirt washes away the road macadam starts to break down and wash away.

This still has not been addressed. Every rain continues the erosion of the dirt adjacent to the roadway.

This situation continues. No action ever taken. Roadway is starting to break down as the margin washes away.

after all the long ignored complaints, city deigned to pave beacon av and this, for the time being, will alleviate the condition. It will reappear in the future if the city doesn't add curbing long both sides of beacon av to complete the job
