Description

All without permit within the past year:

New Carport in rear of home, no permit
Removed more than 5 trees. no permit
New Driveway taking up more surface than code allows, no permit
New 6' fence extending almost to E. Roxboro

Code Compliance is working with the homeowner to produce documents verifying some of the items above. The fence is 4' high; however, we will await the documents. Thank you for your patience.

Await what documents? The new driveway was put in at the beginning of July when they took the trees down that crashed into the neighbors house. Shouldn't Brookhaven have the building permit for the driveway showing the impervious lot calculation? Or the tree removal permit? What about the building permit for the carport? If the city doesn't have a "copy" of all of these permits then whats the point?
