Description
On the basketball court board there is a large tagging "RIP Tyree" who was recently killed.
Turf over who runs what corner. The kids still sit on who ever's step they can sit their dirty underwear on.

Kids in this park now walk around the block with their hands touching themselves while sagging their pants. Sometimes you can see them remove their hands out of their sack area and sniff their fingers.
Why do black boys like to touch themselves in public while walking? I can understand adjusting it once in a while but walking around with your hands in your pants is just odd.
Do they pretend to have a gun in their pants all the time?

The tagging on the backboard in the basketball court is still there. Everyone now has to look up to a large RIP as they shoot the ball. It's what they look up to now.
Street Department will say it's the Park's department problem. Park Department will say it's the Streets Department. Children starting school will just read RIP everytime they shoot the ball and then learn how to shoot guns.
The construction crew who will be painting the rec center at this playground should bring their wet paint roller over to the court and just paint over that stupid memorial created by his fellow gang members. But that's not their job, even though they are paid by the city but will take 90 seconds to complete.

The Streets department blames the Park department so nothing happens. This tag hangs high at 13 feet proudly saying RIP.
They win, they always win.
