SPRAY PARK at Muskoseepi

I am absolutely appalled by the upkeep of the spray park. Why is there still dirt/ rocks surrounding the cement pad of the spray park. I noticed too that the new benches put in ( nice idea ) are surrounded by rocks and dirt. I am pretty darn sure that all the taxpayers paid their fees, and some of it goes toward things like this, and with not reopening the pool there money is saved??? Yes? then there really should be new sod put around the benches, watching the little kids, and adults trying to walk there is terrible. I once again am embarrassed by the upkeep of the city parks.
