I have noticed this car too. There are also additional issues with this property that needs to be addressed.
1)The building is only painted half way up,(only painted to the point that painters could reach - I remember watching them paint part of the exterior).
2) There are many wires hanging from the building
3) The railings are about to fall off
4) The front door glass is broken along with many of the windows
5) There is constantly empty alcohol beverage containers and cigarettes outside
This is a piece of property that looks over one of our most historical landmarks and should look as though it does. I am embarrassed as a resident and tax payer of this city that such a building can continue to look the way it does.
