Description

The hedge on the south east corner of Schell and Ronald obstructs drivers' ability to see oncoming traffic and bicycles. When driving west along Schell and making a turn onto Ronald it is very difficult to determine if there is traffic coming. It is impossible to do so without entering the oncoming traffic's right of way, so much so that it poses a potential hazard for cyclists riding northbound along Ronald. A car creeping forward on Schell would come into the path of an oncoming cyclist.

The owner of this property should take this issue into consideration, or the city should take steps to ensure the intersection is safe and all drivers/cyclists are able to safely turn. One such solution may be to introduce a four way stop.
