No inspection sticker on this car - it's from Virginia. However, will the city also tow it if the vehicle registration is expired (e.g., the date sticker on the license plate)? It expired in Jan. 2011.

For the city to tow it, they need both the inspection sticker and the registration to be expired. Here you go:
