Theirs a dog tied on to the trailer for 2 day he barks day and night i havent seen no one come out to feed him or giving water he is grauling maybe his hungry idk the dog is grey and white the trailer is metal and white and alot of trash under the trailer and theirs alot of kids on this block and they get close to the dog im afraid it might bite some one

Call 610-384-0300 and ask for Kirby Hudson, City Manager. Also City Council meetings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. You can always bring your concerns then.
